Question for the coil pack Gurus........
Yesterday I had all 6 ignition coils replaced.
I asked the service manager once the recall goes in effect should I ignore it since all of mine were jsut replaced? He told me no..... that they would have to replace all 6 again. Is that right?
Why would they? Will there be a different part number or an updated ignition coil for when the recall is done?

Depends on what version they put in
The latest version for the 3.0 engine has an "E" suffix in the part number. Look on your receipt and see what they installed. If you've got the E, which is likely, you have the updated coil.
