Buys new wheels/rims now or wait...

I have (more of less saved) enough money to buy a nice set of 17" wheels/tires, I am sick of stock wheels. And I plan on getting a new suspension as soon as I can, probably by december (poor college student syndrome). Can I get away with just the wheels for now or will it look/handle really bad. I kinda don't feel like waiting until december to make the next mod to my car.

you should wait till you install new suspension (m)

on your car first. It will look like 4x4 with the combination of 17" + non-sport.

I had non-sport...

I went through the same thing.
I chose to get 18s, so it would be worth "upgrading", cause 17s were pricey enough.

As for new suspension. Yes my car looked like it was floating for a few days till I had it lowered.
