Need opinions on my Sub Upgrade

I went to tweeter around my way and i told them the different ideas i had. I'm keeping my stock head unit and replacing all factory speakers with MB quarts all around there all 5 1/4, then using a ppi amp 1000 bridge 4 ways, gona mount the monster on the roof of the trunk, on the trunk handel but the inside. The setero install will be free if i buy it from them, proably not...i'm guesing around 100 for the install,..here are my ideas so far

#1 Remove stock sub, replace with free air sub
-sounds horribel, not worth it
cost 200-400 + install (50)

#2 Use my existing 3 10' JL W06 box and securing it down
-Sounds nice, Looks horribel but cost efficent
cost w/o sub 800 + install (50)

#3 Use my 12 JL w06 in a box, remove it from the box, custom enclosure in the trunk on the left side, but i dout it will be enough room for the sub...tweeter guy said there is...but i am very skeptical....
-Hopefuly sound nice and look sexy
cost w/o sub 300 + install (300+)

#4 Use my 2 of my 10' JL w06 taken out of my box and two custom installed boxes in the trunk. ONe in the left hole in the trunk and the other where the cargo net is...
-Sound nice but w06's are not ment to be in dual either 1/3/6/9 subs, but woud look real nice
cost w/o sub 400 + install 600+

#5 Give up and listen to crap...

Also might sell the some of the subs....duno...

use the single 12W6 and buy a new amp, such as JL's amps that adjust to different impendences. My 12W6 with 250 watts is perfect and definitely outperforms its specs at 3 ohms.
