When did you chip your car? How many miles on it?

There seems to be differing opinions on when you should chip your new car.

500 miles, 1,000 miles, 2 miles

When did you chip your 1.8?

chip it after you break it in... that way it gets broken in right and your set :-)

Anytime you want, I chipped mine as soon as my chip was available, the car had about .....

1500 miles on it.

Chipped it after 5000 miles. I've driven 2500 miles since and am loving every mile! Go Pro-Imports!

Chipped at 4500 miles. driven about 2900 miles with it. huge difference.

5k miles, 7000 now. replaced dv with a TT, my dealership did it. throttle response better/
