HID conversion

just bought new 2004 a4 1.8t, looking to do a HID conversion, what should i be looking for and anybody know where i should start looking? =)

they may be hard to find these days do to new laws passed but try

If you wanna do a HID/e-code conversion...

go to epimporters.com and talk to them. For S4 e-codes and HIDs, it cost like $1,000

RN - thread hij: what's this law about regarding HIDS? Is it a federal, state, or local law? TIA.

i believe that it is a federal law which makes aftermarket hid's

illegal to sell after august 15th of this year so my supplier has told me<ul><li><a href="http://www.audilounge.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=23&highlight=hid+conversion+ki ts">more info here</a></li></ul>

do i have to change housing? if i just do a conversion and change the bulbs, will it look okay? and would my highbeams be xenon too or would it be halogen...and do they have xenon foglights? and where do i find those?

sorry for my n00bie questions =)
