Price for '05 1.8 Ultrasport
My local dealer won't deal at all. There is a '05 1.8T ultrasport with premium, cold, lighting, and Bose/XM packages. MSRP is $36,245. He will only take $700 off the sticker, and then adds $399 back on for "processing". This nets me a total discount of $300 dollars. Woo.
Is this typical? Granted, the '05s are brand new, but only $300 off the sticker? Do I pay this because this is average, or should I walk? I just HATE thinking that I'll only get $300 off the sticker, but didn't know if this is market average.

usually, u don't get any discount on cars of new model year. if any, don't expect it to be much. also the 05's are still on their way to here

give the dealer all your info and the specs you want&tell them to call you when its$500 over inv
you can also send an e-mail to all audi dealers in your area with the specs you want and the price you are willing to pay $xxx over invoice. one of them will bite

Not really much change.
If you search this forum you'll find someone commenting that the only real change was that the '05's had a different roof fin.
Mid-year through 2005, the A4's will undergo a noticeable cosmetic change (and most likely engine change), so Audi probably didn't put too much thought into the early 2005's.

Bill gave me a great deal. $1,470 shipped w/ tires mounted/balanced. Hartmann is the supplier for Achtuning so get them from hartmann. Even got a t-shirt. Highly reccomend.
