Help: Folks with Stoptechs chime in!
When braking under moderate conditions, I consistently hear a "clunk clunk clunk" sound. I thought it might be my ABS engaging but I don't feel the car stop any quicker.
If I remember correctly, when the handbrake is pulled only the rear brake is engaged? I was on a slight incline (about 40*°) with the car in neutral and hand brake engaged. The car rolled back like the brake was not even engaged.
The performance of the brakes so far have been OK. They are better than OEM but not really as well as I expected. I do notice it seems braking performance is a bit better after a few moderate stops.
I'm running Stoptechs w/ 332mm slotted rotors and carbotechs. I have Power slot rotors in the rear with carbotechs.
I don't know if there is something wrong with my setup/installation or this is the norm the for setup. Just wanted to get some advice.

It sounds like either it was not hooked up or not adjusted properly. Have the shop that you took it to adjust your E-brake, which they should have done in the first place. Thats some bullish right there.
