where can i get black out grills?

if you don't mind using your stock grilles, then just do the DIY....
I bought mine off of eBay and they ended up being DIY grilles that the seller had performed on them and I compared them to Grandblanc_Lou's OEM Blackouts and they look the same but to the touch you can tell the OEM's are glossier. Mine have a rough grain to them, but they still look great.
My only concern is how well the paint job is going to hold up on my DIY's. The OEM's look like they are molded-in-plastic color and will withstand chips/scratches very well.
