I guess I needed a little bit of training on how to read a tape measure. :-P The number "2" stands for 2 feet, as in 24", not for 20 inches. :-D
So...here we go again...

That seems a little better right? 2002 Sport suspension...stock as far as I know as I bought the car Certified Pre-Owned from an Audi dealership.

Your stock sport has no rear finger gap? I think you might have a collapsed spring
As far as I know, your car has to have some gap and that is why even high performance exotics look like they are 4x4s (big fender to tire gap)
I highly doubt that any OEM suspension could be this low (ie, no finger gap) without something being wrong. Either that or you got extra large tires.

Do you have a gap at the rear? Or is the lack of gap a result of the camera angle?
If you compare the picture of your car to mine, they look similar, but my numbers are roughly 1"-1.25" less than yours.

Re: Why don't you take one of the back wheels off and take a look at the springs?
Definitely the rears are not stock. It may be aftermarket as mentioned. I have an Ultrasport and my rear tires have less than two finger gap.
