My understanding is that dealers will be using synth on 1.8Ts, but what about 3.0's?

Default My understanding is that dealers will be using synth on 1.8Ts, but what about 3.0's?
Do we still get dino? Bleh! How could they expect 10k on dino anyway?

Default My dealer advised months ago that they were using
synthetic oil in my car ('03 A4 1.8TQm). Last week, they advised that if car had "large" oil filter, it would get synthetic; if "small" oil filter, then regular oil.
