PAGING: CVT_A4 and those of you with glovebox cd changer

i was browsing the ebay.de pages today and came across many 6disc cd changes that appear to be the same unit as the one found in the glovebox cd changer unit. my question is, can i purchase this from ebay.de assuming its cheaper that is and just purchase the cd changer glovebox w/o the changer or does it come with the changer no matter one?

might have just answered my question, but please advise...
i just checked clairparts.com and it seems as though the actual changer is $357 Part No.: 8E0-035-111 and the glovebox is $119 Part No.: 8E1-857-035-D-XXX

does not work with NAV+...
