Can that be right? It states the auto tranny get better city mileage than the manual.

Transmission City/Highway
Auto 24/32 mpg
Manual 23/34 mpg

I always thought manual would get better mileage than auto, unless maybe a CVT.

Anyone?

Also true for B6 3.0...

city/highway (L/100km)
manual: 13.4/8.7
Tiptronic: 13.5/8.5

Except it's the other way around...

Apparently the CVT gets better mileage.

CVT doesn't have quattro dragging down the gas mileage

I think my 3.0 get crappy mileage. I usually get 22-24mpg.

I have no idea how they get that number...! get 14.5 avg mostly city

Not like we got the 3.0 for the fuel economy was it?!?
