3M Clear Bras

How many of you guys have a clear bra on your A4? What are some opinions on having them on your car?

ive got one on mine

ive had it since delivery. its peace of mind to have one knowing that your front end is protected from rocks and what not. Its a good investment IMO.

Got'em...

You basically can protect any surface on your car...

The common areas are:
- Front hood, say 12" up from front edge.
- Front bumper

I've also got:
- L/R Mirror Housing Caps
- Front Fender lips
- Door Handle Cups
- Rear bumper, small strip adjacent to brush alum.

Absolutely...

After my first 6 months of fall and winter driving in NJ/NY, the front bumper cover, spoiler, and headlights looked sandblasted.

I had the front end repainted when I painted my lowers and I immediately (well, once the painted cured up a bit) had clear bra installed.

After a 3500 mile X-country drive, the clear bra definitely helped minimize and/or prevent rock chips. Definitely worthwhile!

I'd try to find an experienced installer on the regional forums. My installer told me he thought the A4 was harder than the Subies he usually does.
