We had to beg and pull teeth to get enough buyers. And it took months. No mercy for the late!

And then lots of weasels were all, "Oh include me; I want in," but were no where to be found when it was time to pony up the money. Just squeezed it by with the group we got. Props to Jared for sticking it out for the whole time and taking care of all the serious buyers.
