Paging EddieMan or other LED city light users
I have the hyperwhite 4-element LEDs from myroadster.net. One of the elements in one of my LEDs went out the other night, and caused the other 3 to start flashing on and off. LED went bad? I thoguht they were supposed to have a longer life than halogens. I don't think it has to do with the fact that I'm running w/o LE's...

Here's my take...
Since you've discovered that the LEDs for your Halogen Ecodes, DON'T need LEs; meaning that the resistance for the LEDs is ABOVE the tolerence for a bulb-out ERR.
That tolerance NOW has changed in that one of the LED filements went out...And more than likely that resistance is now BELOW the tolerence.
Now you are in a condition that the Xenon Ecodes experience w/o LEs.
As for the Hyperwhite LED going bad, that is probably a defect.
