So what's the story behind the AMS B5 Stage II setup (beerock..) ?

nice power/torque...

what are the details on beerock's car??

I think its the same ECU I have unless AMS put out different stage ECU's which I doubt?

Pulls VERY hard and very smooth. Like stated in the list, ECU and ASP exhaust, no downpipes yet. He just has 007's and a Samco TBB.

Pulled on a Stage2+ buddy of ours at the Chili's VW meet.

Was that pull on street gas? That'd have to deal a quick death to k-03's.

And no DP's? hhmm...got me thinking.

But I just wouldn't sleep at night without my APR ecu...

Check out the post on the B5 S4 board

But from looking at the boost graph, that DAP posted up, there is a weird boost spike between 5000 and 5500 rpm which creates the high peak hp number. Comparing it to the stage 1 AMS car that spike probably should not be there. If anything a K03 car should be tapering boost at that point. Good numbers but I actually think it might be a mechanical problem. I'm in no way basing tuner/car/person or whatever, just pointing out an observation I made while attending the dyno day.
