Drop that thought and stand way from the Zumbach...
It would be easier to search ZUMBACH in the archive, buy no one has ever had anything good to say about their service.. or lack of service as the case has been reported.

very happy with anchor...3 cars since 2001
talk to barry cohen, he is the type of sales guy to give you good price and he stays involved with you.
Set up the service appt. gives you an audi loaner, etc.
Anchor is in Lynbrook, they will pick you up at the Lynbrook train staton.

Zumbach must have their own Barry Cohen.
If you search the archives you will find that the feedback on Zumback is pure crap. Not just from incredibly bad service, but sales, calls back, negotiation, etc. They are the type of operation that works of their "monopoly" of the Manhattan market.: Well healed buyers, corporate leases, etc. Obciosly they have their success, due to the many different lines they carry and the "monopoly" aspect. But again the Audi World posters have had nothing but problems.

biener and anchor are by far the worst dealerships in the ny area...
not only from experience but i know a tech who worked at both and had nothing good to say about either... he left on his volition from both after a few weeks seeing how they were... lastly zumbach never gets good reviews either... so far seems riverside (which im not 100% happy with); or huntington...
