Lotus was hot last night
the doormen didnt even ask me to pay cover and didnt make me wait in any of the lines. fvckin awesome. one of my friends was at the table and was trying to be tough in front of the girls so he asks me "how long did they make you wait in the cold to pay the $20 cover" hahaha fvck your life son I walked right in! what a great night.
the club is pretty hot, as in muggy. there were a ton of people inside and alot of attitude but we had a huge table so we pretty much escaped that scene except for the occasional drunken bastard that got lost and tried to start dancin with the girls. at 1am when i arrived at the door there was still a pretty decent line outside of the guys they just wouldnt let in. doormen were polite and took care of a lil issue i had with the cashier being a b*tch yelling at me that i needed a ticket or some crap. one of the hosts even showed me to the table i was joining. its not one of those must visit clubs in the city but definately a fun place to chil lat with some friends and the music was on point.
on a side note never is it ever worth going to the ganesvoort hotel's rooftop bar/lounge. its packed with suit wearing middle aged losers and stinks like a gym from the pool they dont close off. the crowd sucks and is 95% guys with the occasional golddigger slvt mixed in that couldnt get into PM across the street. service and atmosphere both suck. definite skip.

i got kicked out of lotus year ago
that place is ok
but the way they kicked me out was nice, they dint throw me agains the front doors like someplaces.
i remember waiting in line at some spot and all you see is some guy FLYING out the front like superman.lol
