I had my Oettinger RE's powdercoated by Tom at TRG Coating
This was about a year ago but he did good work and was excellent as far as communication. Very reasonable prices too. I'd definitely use him again.

I paid $100 apiece for mine.
Tom masked the machined lips, stripped the centers, remasked the lips for powder, coated the centers, and then removed the mask and did the whole thing with clear. He said it would be less for a single solid color. That was a year ago though, so YMMV.
