How much would KMD charge me...
parts and labor for H Sports and a GIAC Chip? Do I bring them the parts, or do they order it? Also, how long for this job? Do I just hang out there while they do it?
Im getting real itchy...

I'm gonna guess that the best place to ask how much KMD would charge would be <drum roll>

I'd recommend buying the parts and bringing it to them. Dropping off the car - their waiting "room" is very small. Just leave it there for a day and it should be done. Suspension is a few hours of work on a lift. I assume you mean solder a chip, not just change to a chipped ECU?

Not sure if KMD still does GIAC, most likely you'll be offered Revo or Dahlback.
H-Sport usually takes 1.5 - 2.0 hours, KMD's rate is $85.00 per hour. Not sure about the chip, based on other experiences it could take 3 to 4 hours, which includes some test runs and needed fine tuning.
Let Dion or Danny order the parts, they have more distribution resources and perhaps can cut you a nice deal. Ask if you want GIAC because I'm not sure if they are still selling it. BTW - Dahlback tuning Software ROCKS!

I had APR and switched to DAHLBACK, I love it. As far as I know, GIAC kills turbos, I have had an A6
chipped and my S4, trust me, you want the Dahlback...You love you car because it is is a european built car, not american, Dahlback is also european and performs the way your audi does, you don't want an american chip in your european car, I love my dahlback chip....

They just installed my H-Sports a few weeks ago...
Charged me for 2.5 hours at 90/hr., so $225 to install them on my allroad.

yea, the oil supply line on the passenger side is
extremely close to the manifold, a lot of the heat from the manifold gets passed to the oil line feeding your little K03. most people go with induktion line when they upgrade.

your statement is false. any chip will shorten the life of the turbos
when you're running more boost than what its intended for. btw, i like dahlback cars, ridden in a few, and the drivability is awesome. but some people might like the "whip your neck back" type of power from the giac.
