they used to work and had a paper too. honestly mica, to avoid fees find a building you want

and call teh management co. directly. If they do broker only move to teh next building. Oh and door men and residents know about free apartments in the building too so you can get a jump on what is jsut vacant and not on the market yet.

I'll give it a shot. I think any 'doorman' apartment is going to be too expensive...

I'm looking at the smaller brownstone apartments.
