Just a few pictures and comments of the car.
Well I am finally on a good set of rims with new tires with enough of a profile that WON'T do any damage. Thanks again LI-S4.
Also I did a custom install of a 4 foot fiber-glass antenna for my CB Radio. I've done some tests and found that I now have a range of about 7 miles in the rain on long straight roads. (Out on rt.78 near PA). This probably converts to 4-5 miles in the dry, with slight turns and obstructions. I made a custom mounting bracket to the rear tow hitch which makes it easily attachable/detachable. Its VERY sturdy at highway speeds - Only took it up to about 90mph and no sign of it coming loose at all. I added a safety line while I tested this just incase it did come off so it wouldnt fly off. My design for the hitch is pretty much the same as what Alex Roy's M5 has, which could easily handle 180mph on the german autobahn.
The old window mount antenna is now being used for the analog scanner, soon to be digital trunked.

I will try to get better pictures of the hitch and mount setup tomorrow.

Scanner is a LOT better - I was talking about the CB..
Scanner all depends on what the output of the station's repeater is. After 9/11 I can pick up the NYPD as far west as morristown - They put SEVERAL new repeaters up.
I still have my V1 installed, with the Vail Coating on front license plate.. Looking into laser stuff protection now though.
