UPS Sux! ...........................
Still waiting for my Ross-Tech VAG-COM package to arrive. It was on the truck, out for delivery since 6:21 AM yesterday morning. No attempt was made to deliver it yesterday or today. After I called to find out what the problem was, I was told that because it shipped via ground service, they were not obligated to deliver it until Friday (tommorrow). No Christmas gift for our regular UPS driver from my business this year!

It was on the local delivery truck yesterday morning, back at the Farmingdale Service Center last night and on the truck again this morning. At around 11:00 AM I get a phone call from a business across the street from me that UPS was trying to deliver a package for me and addressed to me, to them. I tell them to tell the driver that the address he is looking for is across the street! I even waved to him from the front lawn of my business. He never showed up today. Damn Bastages!
btw, it was not the regular morning delivery driver, probably some noob.
