Something Different: Since we're always bitching about Audi Dealers
I'd like to once again go on record to say that the parts guys at Paul Miller Audi are the best
I've walked in one more than one occasion in the past asking for headlight wires, connectors, etc (Yes, I'm <b>that</b> guy who was constantly installing Euros & citylights on B5S4s)
The parts guys always either knew exactly what I wanted, or managed to find it quickly
Almost every time, they've thrown in some free stuff, too
8:15 this morning, I walk up to the parts counter holding a burnt out brake bulb. The parts guys walks towards me, recognizes the bulb from 6' away, opens a drawer, grabs a new one, hands it to me, and says goodbye
Being the good citizen that I am, I ask how much, and he waves me off with a 'Don't worry about it'
I know it's not a big deal, but given how snobbish and annoying their sales staff is, and how inept the service dept has proved themselves to be, it's nice to see a redeeming quality here
OK, I'm done...back to work, everyone
