Time to put on the snows?
I usually put mine on Thanksgiving weekend. With the 60-70 degree weather we've had, Im wondering if I should so soon this year. Last year we had snow early December, so it was good timing.

theres really no need for snows in the tri state area....
roads may suck for a commute to or from work but rarely both...
next day the roads have more salt than they did snow anyway.

All true.... except of course if you are running HP summer rubber, they just
plain suck in the winter.
If you run a quality all-season tire, then snows are a tad on the overkill side.
I started my driving career in an '86 Monte Carlo which I drove for 10 years. Lets just say I was drifting before it was cool.
