seriously.... do NOT go to Riverside Audi in NJ for ANYTHING!
now this....<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/other/msgs/6288161.phtml">https://forums.audiworld.com/other/msgs/6288161.phtml</a</li></ul>
The only guy I met that I have liked in the times I have been there was a young guy named Joey. The service manager (Brian I think?)was gonna charge me $50 to replace the batteries in my key fobs when I asked about it during the timing belt saga. When he walked away the guy Joey told me to go to radioshack, buy the batteries for $5 and go on a site called audiworld.com (this was when I was uber-noob) and I can find out how to do it myself on there.
All in all I will never go back there unless they are giving stuff away for free. Overpriced and poor customer service in my opinion. I'll stick to an independent shop or take my chances with another dealer next time. I hear way too much bad stuff about Riverside.
