Zumbach Audi
So i took the car back to jersey, great service over there at Riverside, koudos to brian, peter and Mike, i cant say enough about them. I got the car back yesterday, the screen works great. So my Inspection is going to expire tommorrow, i decide to take the car to Zumbach for the inspection.
The Service Advisor asks me if i have an appointment, i told him no, i just need s NYS Inspection. He says to me in a raised voice" you always do this, you come in here without an appointment and expect to taken care of". He continues and says he had 10 cars backed up from yesterday and he might not be able to do it.
In his defense i have showed up without appointments before, rear tails, brake lights, and headlights out, and the last time was for a check engine light. I was under the impression that an NYS inspection for new cars took about 10 minutes. Hey I could be wrong. He went into a room , came out shortly after and said that i could make an appointment if i wanted. I left feeling like someone just walked all over me.
Just wanted to say, did'nt know it was common for service advisors to talk to customers like that, albeit an A8 Customer.
