this is my first week getting back into a gym schedule. If i break it up now theres little hope of me ever keeping it. I'd come after the gym but just driving home after the gym is rough and then i pass out REAL early (9:30ish).

no problem, I will be around.
Thats actually something that I am working to back into. Since I already play soccer its best if I also include some weights in between my regular soccer practices. Now that I have all the time in the world I can make this happen
