Anyone have an extra V1 hard-wire kit they'll sell me?
I wanna hard-wire the V1 into the beater so I don't have to have the stupid cord running up the center of the dash from the cigarette lighter, or the V1 so low in the windshield.

I've done it with a plain ol' telephone cord in other cars.
Theres a wiring diagram for the V1s connector floating around on the internet (email me if you can't find it). Setting it up is pretty simple (you can also go to Radio Shack and buy an add-a-fuse). Just make sure you wire in an in-line fuse and you should be good to go.
