my sister is a retard

How do you start a fire in the fireplace andnot openthe flue? Now the WHOLE house REEKS of smoke!!! Even my clothes! I thought the house was on fire!

The fire is lit but the flue isn't open..... sounds like the lights are on but no one is home... LOL

Of curse she is..... the heat can't escape out the flue....

I did that...Took the now wife to one of those couples places in the Poconos...

we had one of those cool champagne glass jacuzzi's, a fire place, sauna, steam room and pool in the room.

I lit the fireplace with the flue closed like your sister did. Yelled OH Fvck when room service arrived and I opened to door in mid-day bright sunlight, after being in the dark for two days. Put bubble bath in the champagne glass jacuzzi...bubble rolled out over the side of the glass onto the floor below..put out the fire and lifted worst funk of a smell from the already gross carpet. Then left the sauna on..shorted out the pool pump...

It was a debacle. Never found out if She married me in spite of or because of it....
