I am sick again, this is really pissing me off now
I have been doing everything I can to stay healthy... hell I have not even washed a car in weeks. This morning I wake up with a soar throught and now I have spots on it. I am going to Dr but I really hope I dont have strep because right now I am even running a temp.

best thing to do it get yourself some green tea and drink it NON stop all day!
otherwise gatorade is good too. But drink all day long. Put a lemon in your tea too. And if you have hot cereal eat some twice a day
