For those who have an office, or work mainly from a desk...what kind of chair do you have?

I have one of those grand high back, deep soft leather chairs... My back is killing me.

I never sit back in it. Thinking of one of those backless chairs with the steps for your knees to take transfer weight away from your spine...

$99. cheapo from Staples. My Boss has one of those backless chairs...

Likes it a lot. He has a bad back

Takes a little getting used to though.

I tried it...but prefer my regular one....lot easier to lean back in it.....kick the feet up and....ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!

Had an Aeron-got rid of it

Staples $99 special with a big back roll-I have major back problems too.

What do you do?

I have almost the exact same chair but in red. I like it....reclines if you lean back, locks straight up if you want, and height adjusts. But then again, I don't sit in my office that often.
