i LOVE Trader Joe's....

new one opened recently about a mile from our flat....in Forest Hills....went there today.

never thought groceries would excite me...but they had lots of good stuff to eat....packed up the fridge! finally!

now maybe the wife won't nag me to go grocery shopping!

the one in great neck SUX

back in detroit and chicago (where i used to live) they were pretty nice....but the LI one sucks big time.....

i went to one in manhattan which was alright...in the LES....

this trader joe's carries some really cool stuff.

that is the one i go to...

what is that you dont like about it??? staff seems knowledgeable, and the store is relatively clean... i've only had an issue once, where i purchased shrimp and had to return them bc it smelled like chum. outside of that incident, i am quite satisfied with them... if you know something i dont, please share! id rather not find out on my own. lol.
