NICE -- what is your favorite and easy reciepe?

we eat the same **** every week. Problem is wifey is very pickey, pretty much eats only chicken and veggies. On occasion fish or chili.

I'm only bustin your chops. I'm no licensed cook, but yea its a hobby of mine since I'm used to good eats, and there's nothing in East Brunswick NJ worth eating at (for the most part).

Above is a link I posted a couple wks back. I love skirt steak. Also making Garlic mash from scratch is real easy.
