Just had my first Chiropractic experience..lol...

I was very skeptical at first but MAN!!! my back feels great! after an alignment (sounds like a car..lol) Half Marathon here I come WOOHOOOOOOO!!! back to running again... ;P

Sounds like the chiro doc didn't do a good job...

..you should be in more pain right now after the first visit :P

Good for you! My wife is actually a Chiropractor...

We always use the comparison of your spine being in line like your car. If everything is in alignment the other parts tend to run much smoother.

I love going to the Chiro, after the first time i went I never realized that i was so far out

of aligment and know i go about once every 8 weeks and I feel alot less back/neck pain,
