When the hell did PayPal change its fees?

Default When the hell did PayPal change its fees?
To recieve payment via a cc/debit/etc, its now like 4.9%. Wasn't it like 3% originally? Just sold my K04 and I was looking at the money in the account, all confused as to where a chunk of it went (buyer included PayPal fees in his payment @ 2.9%). Live and learn I guess.

really? i didn't know that.. just a month ago it was still at 3%...

Default Yup...the transaction I had for the turbo I got charged 4.9%...
I checked and according to PayPal, that's the fee now...

Default Damn! Thx for the heads up. Nice of them to send out an email notification. Grrr.
Never liked using them in the first place...even less so now.

Default For personal accounts it's 4.9% + .30 for every transaction..
..a "Premier" or Business account will drop the fee down to 2.9% + .30 for every transaction.

Default Yeah but I've only ever had a personal account, and it used to be 2.9%
back when I actually used to use my cc for PayPal.
