Im real pissed but im tryin to get an RS4 bumper out of it someway, and my grill got smashed so im gona need another one I guess..

Sorry to tell you, but quattro does you no good when you're trying to stop
It's only good for accelerating.
Sorry to hear about the accident. I guess you were OK? And the driver of the Civic was OK?
European Body Works is a favorite of this forum. You may want to check them out. I know two people who have gone there and have given them excellent reviews.

I've only gone to WagonWorks, their work is superb, excellent but their price is... yes expensive.
I'm in the process of fixing a dent on my door and so far First Choice has been the lowest. All three for what I've heard are very good. At Wagonworks I see a lot of Porche, at European Body Works a lot of Jaguars and at First Choice Audi and BMW. To get an estimate at Wagonworks call first to setup an appointment.

Therein lies my beef w/wagonwerks...the whole appointment thing
I don't care for it. European Body Works, I was able to walk right in and get an estimate. Wagonwerks wouldn't even speak to me despite me showing up in person.

wagonwork did a great job on my car, it just took them a little while.
i got an afternoon appointment with just a simple phone call in the morning.
their staff, both techs and front office is very professional and attentive, and they know how to make sure you get all the damages covered by insurance.
in my case someone crashed into my car, so i wasnt pressed on low price at all, on the contrary, i wanted the highest estimate. the final bill (paid by the biatch that crashed into me) was $6k. thats more than twice the initial low-balled estimate given by the insurance adjuster.
