RMcQ, BlueDog, SilverA4Fun...good ride yesterday! Air-21 and arob...next time.

If only I lived closer, I'd ride Schaeffer every other day...that place is great! Next time I'll put in a few hours of riding, to make the 2 hour round trip worth it. :P

When I got home, K was just waking up! She said 'You're crazy...you'll tired all day.' I just said "I gotta have my priorities..", which reminded me of this...

I gotta buck up and get my bike fixed. It's been sitting in my basement looking pretty pathetic

for the past two years. Too lazy to do a tune up.

Next time I'll have to remember to give it a day between my 5k and 7k runs before hitting the trail on the bike!

But, because I'm a sucker, I just found out that today is a holiday for our company (I work from home), and because I'm a glutten for punishment... I'm going outside to throw the bike back in the van and the kayak on top. Think I'll do the HMC and then out for a paddle on the lake.
