wiper blade changed?

Looks like new cars have slimmer more flexible wiper blades? gone are the old sturdy looking ones?

Work great otherwise. Going to have the dealer replace it on the next visit.

Mercedes puts the very same blades on the S class and CL (maybe more)

They're like $70 each to replace and they chatter unless they are brand new. I'm sure they are cheaper to mfg as they are just one extruded piece of rubber.

Mine(10/03 build) has the slim type . I had to replace one already

The outer piece that holds the blade would not stay attached. Replaced under waranty.
