Wood Trim Kits for S4 cab and sedan

Anyone know if there is a matching kit to add more grey birch to the S4 around the window switches and radio area ect? The usual wood places don't seem to have anything...

I don't believe anything is available from Audi, I think

it would be difficult to match the wood from an aftermarket supplier. BYW which variety of rotary files do you use?
