Two small issues:
1) Something in my engine bay (I think) rattles. It is not the chain tensioner rattle (or whatever that noise really is). It happens when in gear and I accelerate through the 850rpm range and lasts only until about 1000rpm. It sounds like the harmonics of the engine are causing either a) a plastic piece to dance around, or b) *maybe* a part of the exhaust to do the same. Any one else heard this?
2) It is difficult to get my car into reverse and first gear. It has been this way since I picked up the car and is not improving. It is also not getting any worse and generally does not keep me from using either of those two gears, though sometimes it does take me 5-10 seconds to engage those gears. Again, does anybody else experience this? It does not improve after the car has warmed up.

I think they can adjust the linkage to fix the shifting problem. . .
and maybe your manifold is loose (per TSB) causing noise from the engine bay?
I would definitely take it in and have it checked out. .
