Anyone figure out yet why that start up "sound" goes away after the 5K?

Anyone figure out yet why that start up "sound" goes away after the 5K?

So, like others, I use to have this little start up sound in the morning - and now it has disappeared after the 5k service. Whad up?

best way to describe is a "ratcheting" for maybe 2 secs

Mine disappeared too after the 5K... no idea...

I'm beginning to wonder if it is the "state" of the original oil ...

Possibly the quality of the original oil is not that great and due to high engine heat and pressure the oil succombs to fatigue and the pump has to do more work to build up the pressure.

Of course this is just another guess, anyone else got any guesses.
