Update Regarding Incentive Certificate

For those of you who received "Up to $500 Off" Incentive Certificates from Audi, I have an update. Last week, I ordered my new S4 and 2 days later received the certificate by email. I called my dealer to see if I could apply it and he had to check because my car was ordered but would not arrive for 14 weeks. He said it may only apply to cars bought during the certificate time period (end of Sept). He got back to me and said he was able to get a car through AoA and it would be here in a week so I could use the certificate.

Good news...$500 off and car next week.

Damn dude, "only" $500 off. I guess on the '05, the discounts didn't reach the 1G mark yet.

Well.....

Actually, I got the 2005 Cab S4 at $500 off MSRP plus $500 off with certificate, making that $1000 off MSRP. This is in the Chicagoland area. I know that various regions seem to get different pricing, but I am happy with my price (well as happy as anyone can be forking over a bunch of their hard earned moola).
