Picked up the S4Avant. Is there an S4 specific owner's manual?

Picked up the S4Avant. Is there an S4 specific owner's manual?

The manual that came w/the car was for the "2005 A4 Avant". The sticker in the service book says S4, but the manual says nothing specific to the S4 (like engine, capacities, etc.).

Can someone clear this up?

Umm - mine came with an S4 Avant manual. You should have a chat with your dealer.

BTW - welcome aboard. Stack up some miles and bring it to Bremerton

And I'm thinking about Bremerton, but not in the Audi...

I think we may have met at a Bremerton event about a year ago, when I was tinkering around w/a turbo miata. I'll look you up if I attend this year.

Oh, and the car is *really* sweet

Power is great, chassis tuning another league from the B5, and I'm really impressed w/the Tip (b5s were manual). Steering is a little weird, but I'm sure we'll get used to it.

Yes - I rode with you in your turbo Miata and my old B5 S4 was parked next you in the paddock.

That was a fun ride until the brakes faded out and we ran off the end of the straight :}

Watcha gonna bring this time?

Oh that's right!

The turbo definitely threw the "system" out of balance, from a braking POV.
Fun little car, though.

We're down to 2 cars now. I need to get up enough courage to bring the 996 out. About the same straight line speed (at least below about 70mph) as the Miata, but much better brakes
