Slow day comment: So I saw the most ridiculous thing the other day...
I saw a Chrysler Sebring with a set of directional tires that were on backwards!!!
I was coming out of Quiznos the other day and I noticed the y-tread on the car, but for some reason it looked completely "ODD" to me. I immediately realized because it's in the complete opposite direction of how it should travel in order to evacuate water. (I have a set of F1's, so I have an exaggerated pattern)
Anyway, sure enough, I walk over to the tire and see the arrow going in the opposite direction of rotation. Man, who messed that one up???
my understanding is that the directional tread is more of a factor for the wet than the dry, so it wasn't much of a concern for him here in So Cal
