I am not sure If that covered. And I doubt audi will cover aftermakret tires. But then you'll never know untill you ask.My Contis are almost bald at 12,000 Miles. But then again drive liek a 21 year old would
I was a little peeved since I'd gone to the trouble to videotape it and all with a mic gauge showing the 3/16" deflection and all, service guys were laughing a bit I'm sure. In the end they paid for the axle part and installation. No consideration on tires at all, and all I requested was reinbursement for a pair(not a set or 6 as some would have). My dealer has worked with me with aftermarket suspensions though, went to another dealer for a second opinion and the tech there wouldn't touch my car with anything that included the word warranty.
Just swapped tires/wheels and after 13K mi on a new set of SP9000s they look almost brand new. Best of luck on yours...
