B7 Audis
Much talk about the "new" B7 Audi with the revisited front fascia. Here are a few FACTS from people who work on Audi AG concerning the time tables. First, Audi of America will deploy the new "design" with the introduction of the 2005 A6 and new sports hatch A3 to the US market, starting fall 2004. NO changes will be made to the A4 platform state-side till the later half of 2005. As for the S4, Audi might consider a front cosmetic change ONLY, but NONE to take place anytime before 2006, when the new TT will be introduced in America. As you all remember, when the B6 A4 was introduced in 2002, the S-line was only revealed 2 years after. It is standard Audi marketing policy, and does not change, Europe or State side. As for who's right, who's wrong... time will tell.
