Default carbon fiber trim

Has anyone seen the carbon fiber trim? Is it worth the 300 dollar premium over the wood? Does the carbon make the S4 worth more for resale value? Thanks in advance.

Default I paid $1500 for it

wasnt an option for the '04 model. You can order it first, and trade with someone if you don't like it. I am sure people will be willing to pay for it. Does it increase the resale value of the car? hmm... maybe

Default CF is rarer, so it may help your resale value. Def better than wood trim. IMHO

Aftermarket it will cost at least $1500 to buy it and then install it. Search the forum for "CF trim" or "carbon fiber trim" and you'll find plenty of pics

Default It won't add much to resale...

It might be appealing to a buyer, but if you think they'll shell out an extra $300+ for it...they won't. Used car buyers generally look at blue book, and work down from there.

Don't buy this car if you're looking at resale values. The CF trim won't keep it afloat.

Default looks great with silver interior

but can't imagine it would add much to resale. Well worth $300- I was happy to find mine on the lot with it.

Default Looks great and well worth the $300 but

will add little at resale (no different than most options).

You could always order it then sell it for $600 or more and buy my OEM wood trim for a few hundered and pocket the difference...
