Misfire Code/ Rough Idle at Cold Start

I have a 2000 S4, APR chip... Had the car for a year now and I have noticed a slight shake/misfire at idle. Didn't think much of it...until the WI temp dropped. When its below 50C the car runs like hell for 30-45 seconds. Rpm's bounce all over, spit and spudder, comes close to stalling, but never does. Once its warm, it runs fine with exception to the occasional misfire (throwing code). The mechanic replaced the spark plugs, coolant temp sensor, and air filter (APR stated that the K&N filter was over-oiled from the factory and that fried the MAF) They tried replacing the MAF three times now, and each time the car pukes when the turbos spool(or so they tell me) They said it must be the wrong MAF, but the dealer insists it is the right one... I am not convinced it has anything to do with the MAF....
