e-code turn signals

What's everyone's experience with the turn signal bulb? Should I go with the double or single filament when I replace the bulbs? Will the double fry the housing if they're on too long? Frequently drive with lights on during the day. Installed the Valeo euro housings. Thx for the feedback.

If your doing e-codes single filament is your only decision...

Get some Silvervision bulbs by Philips and be done with it.

But don't I need a 3457 wedge base for the front and I don't think the silvervision comes in a wedge? Car is at the shop having a number of things done and I haven't seen the harness/connector...small shop and the owner is out a few days for training, so I can't check it out until Sat...thx for your patience!

Ok, well, if your installing e-codes, your stock turn bulbs are not going to work.

If you are installing e-codes, then you are going to need a push-design Silvervision. You would use dual-filament wedge designs with the stock units, or with the clear corner mod. If your using a genuine e-code housing, your going to need the philips silvervisions.
